1. Service Agreement
By engaging Devnix Studios for web development, SEO, or social media management services, you agree to these terms. Our services include custom website development, monthly support and management, basic SEO optimization, and social media posting as outlined in our package.
2. Payment Terms
The website build costs 20,000 PKR as a one-time payment. Monthly maintenance and support is optional and charged at 7,500 PKR per month, billed at the start of each month. You can cancel the monthly support anytime — your website continues to work normally. Add-on services are charged separately as outlined in our package details.
3. Payment Structure
Our pricing is simple and transparent. You pay a one-time fee for the website build. After that, monthly maintenance and support charges are optional — you can continue, pause, or cancel anytime. There is no fixed contract duration and no lock-in period. Your website always belongs to you.
4. Domain & Hosting
The domain name is to be purchased by the client. If you wish for Devnix Studios to manage your domain, an annual fee of 500 PKR applies. First-year hosting is provided free of charge. After the first year, minimal hosting charges will apply.
5. Scope of Work
Monthly maintenance & support includes: hosting management, basic SEO optimization, speed optimization, theme customization, new page additions, regular backups, and ongoing technical support. Additional work beyond the included scope is charged at the add-on rates specified in our package.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. However, any custom code, frameworks, or tools developed by Devnix Studios remain our intellectual property and may be reused in other projects.
7. Limitation of Liability
Devnix Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
